Hello, and thanks for dropping by our web site. On this page, you can spend some time getting to know us a little better. I feel so fortunate to be working with such an amazing team of professionals who are experts in their areas and who convey such a genuine care for people.
For starters, I grew up in Sudbury, Ontario in a loving family where the importance of honest, hard work was impressed upon me. From early on, I discovered an interest in the health professions and a knack for working with my hands. These interests were nurtured by my parents and through encouragement from my childhood dentist.
After graduating with an Honours Biology degree from Laurentian University, I trekked off to Toronto and attended the University of Toronto School of Dentistry, earning my degree in 1999. With my degree in hand, I spent the first 6 years gaining experience as an associate at various dental practices in Calgary, Alberta as well as Barrie, and Parry Sound.
In 2005, I opened my first dental practice – Heritage Hill Dental Care, in Stoney Creek. I had an amazing time in Stoney Creek, growing the practice and serving the community. Our commitment to high quality care and personalized service earned us the honour of Reader’s Choice Best Dental Practice.
In January of 2011, I transferred Heritage Hill Dental Care to my successor and assumed the helm of Smileworx Dental to serve the community of Oakville.
I am proud to be able to offer first-class dental services in a personal, caring environment. These are the cornerstones of my professional career. You will never feel pressured or rushed when you are in our care. It is my commitment to have every person leave with the feeling that they were cared for by a highly-skilled team of professionals who genuinely have the best interests of their patients at heart.
On the personal side, my wife, son and I are living in the nearby Clarkson community where we enjoy jogging, cycling, tennis, photography, and of course keeping busy with our newborn son!
